What does "touchless" mean?
"Touchless" means that our equipment never touches your wheels. Unlike traditional tire machines that use metal clamps or pry bars that can scratch or damage rims, we use state-of-the-art equipment that mounts and dismounts tires without ever touching the wheel surface.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Our standard service area includes all major zip codes in Colorado Springs, as well as Fountain, Falcon, Peyton, Monument, Manitou Springs, and Security-Widefield.
What types of vehicles do you work on?
We work on most passenger cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and light-duty fleet vehicles. Just send us your make and model if you're unsure.
Can I really do everything online?
Yes! Our online system lets you choose your tires and confirm your preferred time and location. No need to call unless you want to.
Do you offer emergency flat tire repair?
We do our best to help when we can! While we’re a small team and may not always be available for immediate service, if you reach out, we’ll let you know right away if we can fit you in.
Do I have to pick up the tires I buy from you?
No! When you buy your tires through our website, we will deliver the tires to you and install them right there. You are welcome to provide your own too—we're flexible!
I already have new tires, can I still buy a protection plan from you?
Yes! As long as you have your original receipt and the tires still have at least 6/32” tread left on them we can cover you with one of our protection plans. Learn more about our protection plans here.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and mobile payments securely through Stripe. When you book a service, you’ll pay a deposit upfront to reserve your appointment. Any remaining balance will be charged after the service is completed.
Will you price match?
Yes — we’ll price match TireRack.com and Discount Tire, as long as the match doesn’t result in a loss on our end. If you find the exact same tire (same brand, model, and size) in stock for a lower price on either site, just let us know.
